| 目的 探讨肾上腺外髓性脂肪瘤的CT表现。 方法 回顾性分析5例经手术病理证实的肾上腺外髓性脂肪瘤患者的CT平扫及增强表现。 结果 5例患者中,男4例,女1例。全部病例均为单发病灶,2例病灶位于右侧纵隔,1例位于后腹膜,1例位于肝脏,1例位于盆腔。5例CT平扫均表现为圆形、梭形混杂密度肿块,边界清晰,肿块内见不均匀脂肪密度,4例可见假包膜形成;增强后病灶实性部分轻度或中度强化,脂肪密度无强化。 结论 肾上腺外髓性脂肪瘤的CT表现具有一定特征性。 |

| Objective To observe CT features of extra-adrenal myelolipoma. Methods Plain and enhanced CT images of 5 patients with extra-adrenal myelolipoma proved by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results Four patients were male and one was female. All of the patients had solitary tumor, 2 tumors located in the right mediastinum, 1 located in the retroperitoneal space, 1 located in the liver and 1 located in the cavitas pelvis. Round or spindle mass of mixed density were observed in plain CT images, sharp border and uneven fat density were showed. Pseudo-capsule was observed in 4 cases. After contrast medium administration, solid component of the masses enhanced slightly or moderately, while the component of fatty density did not enhance. Conclusion CT features of extra-adrenal myelolipoma have certain characteristics. |
