MR三维双反转恢复脉冲序列是一种相对较新的序列,在临床尚未得到广泛应用。与常规MR脉冲序列比较,该序列检测中枢神经系统疾病的灰质改变更加敏感,在多种中枢神经系统疾病的诊断、病情监测、疗效评估等方面均有广泛应用前景。本文对该脉冲序列的原理、技术特点及其在中枢神经系统的应用进行综述。 |

Three dimension double inversion recovery (3D-DIR) is a relative new sequence of MR, and the clinical application of 3D-DIR is not wide yet. Compared with conventional MR sequences, 3D-DIR is more sensitive to detect gray matter lesions in the central nervous system (CNS), and has wide prospects to be applied in the diagnosis, monitoring or efficacy evaluation of the CNS diseases. In this article, the principles, technical characteristics and applications in CNS of the 3D-DIR sequence were reviewed. |
