| 目的 探讨脐尿管癌的超声及CEUS表现。 方法 分析9例经手术病理证实的脐尿管癌的超声表现,对其中3例的CEUS表现进行探讨。 结果 9例中8例(88.89%,8/9)肿瘤侵犯膀胱或者与膀胱壁关系密切;7例病灶内为低回声或以低回声为主,部分回声不均。3例CEUS显示病灶与周围正常组织同步增强,瘤内造影剂退去早于周围正常组织(膀胱壁、宫颈),强化程度弱于正常组织。 结论 脐尿管癌的超声和CEUS表现有一定特征性,并可显示病灶部位、大小及侵犯程度。 |

| Objective To observe the features of urachal carcinoma in ultrasound (US) and contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS). Methods Nine patients of urachal carcinoma confirmed with pathology underwent US examination, and 3 of them underwent CEUS. Results Invading of the bladder wall was found in 8 (8/9, 88.89%) patients. The tumors were hypoechoic r mainly hypoechoic in 7 patients, some part of which might be heterogeneous. On CEUS, the tumor enhanced simultaneously with normal tissues (the bladder wall or cervix). The contrast agent washed out more quickly in tumors than in normal tissues. The enhancement tumors was mild compared with the normal tissues. Conclusion Urachal carcinoma has special US and CEUS characteristics. Sonography imaging is quite useful in detecting the tumor location, size and involvement. |
