| 目的 比较常规超声(US)、CEUS单独及联合应用诊断乳腺病变的价值。 方法 对79例单发乳腺病变患者分别进行US和CEUS检查,分析病灶的US及CEUS增强特征,并与病理结果对照。采用评分法绘制ROC曲线,通过计算曲线下面积比较两种方法单独及联合应用的诊断效能。 结果 US、CEUS单独及联合应用ROC曲线下面积分别为0.878、0.884、0.953,Z检验结果显示联合应用的诊断价值优于单独使用US和CEUS检查(P<0.05)。 结论 US和CEUS检查均为有效的诊断方法,两者联合应用可提高对乳腺病变的诊断效能。 |

| Objective To compare the value of conventional ultrasound (US), CEUS and the combination of them in differential diagnosis of breast lesions. Methods A total of 79 patients with single breast lesions underwent conventional US and CEUS, respectively. The sonographic appearances and enhancement characteristics of the breast lesions were evaluated and compared with pathologic findings. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve generated by the method of score was used to evaluate the value of US, CEUS and the combination of them in differential diagnosis of breast lesions. Results The areas under the ROC curve of conventional US, CEUS and the combination of them were 0.878, 0.884 and 0.953, respectively. Results of Z test showed the diagnostic accuracy of combination was superior to the separate use of them (P<0.05). Conclusion Conventional US and CEUS are effective methods in differential diagnosis of breast lesions. The accuracy can be improved by the combination of them. |
