目的 探讨超声自动容积成像系统(AVSS)在切口疝修补术前的应用价值。 方法 应用二维灰阶及自动容积扫描对59例76个腹壁切口疝病灶进行检查。 结果 AVSS检出76个病灶,明显高于二维灰阶超声(63个,P<0.05)。AVSS及二维灰阶超声测量疝囊的长径范围分别为17.1~149.3 mm及19.4~136.8 mm,宽径范围分别为21.5~153.5 mm及26.3~142.6 mm。59例中,小切口疝28例;中切口疝24例;大切口疝7例;孤立性切口疝53例,多发性切口疝6例。AVSS对多发性切口疝的检出率明显高于二维灰阶超声(P<0.05)。AVSS可显示疝气冠状切面疝囊大小、疝环大小以及两者与周围组织的关系。 结论 超声AVSS能够为临床医师术前确定手术方案和选择补片提供真实的影像学依据。 |

Objective To explore the application value of automated volume scanner system (AVSS) in incisional hernia repair before operations. Methods AVSS and 2D gray scale ultrasonography were performed in 76 incisional hernia lesions in 59 patients. Results The number of incisional hernia found with AVSS (76 incisional hernia lesions) was much more than that of two-dimensional gray scale ultrasonography (63 incisional hernia lesions, P<0.05). The long and wide diameter of the hernias ranged 17.1—149.3 mm and 21.5—153.5 mm measured with AVSS, while ranged 19.4—136.8 mm and 26.3—142.6 mm measured with 2D gray scale ultrasonography. There were 28 small, 24 middle and 7 large incisional hernias. There were 53 patients with isolated incisional hernia, while 6 with multiple incisional hernias. The number of multiple incisional hernias found by AVSS was much more than that of 2D gray scale ultrasonography (P<0.05). AVSS displayed features of incisional hernias, their relation with the neighboring tissues, and internal minor structural characteristic clearly in coronal plane patterns. Conclusion AVSS of ultrasound plays an important role in diagnosis of incisional hernia repair before operation. |
