目的 探讨三维超声诊断胎儿胼胝体发育不全(ACC)的价值。 方法 应用三维超声的断层超声成像(TUI)技术对14胎二维超声疑似ACC胎儿及30胎正常胎儿进行检查,将超声声像图与MRI表现对照分析。 结果 12胎接受了MR检查,其中8胎与超声诊断结果相符,产前三维超声诊断胎儿ACC的准确率为66.67%(8/12),敏感度为80.00%(8/10),漏诊率为20.00%(2/10),阳性预测值为80.00%(8/10)。结论 通过三维超声TUI模式的多切面连续观察,可以得到胎儿ACC诊断的直接可靠的依据,且不延长检查时间。三维超声TUI模式连续的矢状切面图像有助于提高产前超声对胎儿ACC的检出率。 |

Objective To explore the value of three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal agenesis of the corpus callosum (ACC). Methods Three-dimensional ultrasound (3D US) with tomography ultrasound imaging (TUI) mode was used in 14 fetuses with suspected ACC by two-dimensional ultrasound. The results were compared with that of MRI and 30 normal fetuses. Results The diagnosis consequence of MRI of 8 fetuses was accord with that of ultrasound in 12 fetuses who were accepted MR examination. The accuracy of prenatal 3D US in the diagnosis of fetal ACC was 66.67% (8/12), sensitivity was 80.00% (8/10), misdiagnosis rate was 20.00% (2/10), positive predictive value was 80.00% (8/10). Conclusion Successive and multiple sectioned observation can obtain direct and reliable evidences to diagnose fetal ACC with TUI mode of three-dimensional ultrasound without examining time extending. The image of sequential sagittal section of TUI mode of three-dimensional ultrasound is helpful to increase the detection rate of fetal ACC. |
