       目的 探讨主动脉弓离断的超声图像特征及超声心动图的诊断价值。 方法 回顾性分析19例各型主动脉弓离断患者的超声特点,并与手术或CTA、MRA结果相对照。 结果 超声正确诊断14例,误诊4例,漏诊1例。确诊病例中分型正确率为78.57%(11/14),其中A型14例,B型4例,C型1例。 结论 超声心动图对主动脉弓离断有较高的正确诊断率,并能提供实时动态资料,可作为临床首选诊断方法。

      Objective To explore the echocardiographic characteristics of interruption of aortic arch (IAA), and to evaluate the diagnostic value of echocardiography. Methods The echocardiographic characteristics of 19 patients with IAA were analyzed retrospectively, and the results were compared with that of MRA, CTA and surgical operation. Results Fourteen patients (14/19, 73.68%) were correctly diagnosed, among them 11 (11/14, 78.57%) were classified correctly by echocardiography, i.e.14 type A, 4 type B and 1 type C. Four patients were misdiagnosed, while 1 was missed. Conclusion Echocardiography can provide real-time information of IAA, and has a relatively high diagnostic rate, therefore may be used as the first choice for diagnosis of IAA.
