| 目的 探讨骨膜骨肉瘤(POOS)的影像学及病理学表现。 方法 回顾性分析5例经病理证实的POOS患者的影像学及病理学资料。 结果 4例胫骨POOS X线表现为基底部紧贴于胫骨骨干皮质表面的软组织肿块,肿块内可见放射状钙化或骨化影;MRI示肿块的软组织成分呈T1WI等低信号为主、T2WI高信号为主的混杂信号,瘤内的钙化、骨化T1WI及T2WI均表现为低信号。1例颅骨POOS CT表现为顶骨表面的宽基底软组织肿块,肿块内亦可见放射状钙化或骨化影。光镜下见软骨小叶中有骨样组织形成为POOS的特征性病理表现。 结论 POOS的影像学和病理学表现具有特征性,有助于早期明确诊断。 |

| Objective To investigate the imaging and pathological features of periosteal osteosarcoma (POOS). Methods Imaging and pathological data of 5 patients with pathologically proved POOS were retrospectively analyzed. Results The tumor revealed as a broad-based soft-tissue mass attaching to the cortical surface of tibia in 4 tibia POOS on X-ray films. Radial calcification or ossification was found in the tumor. The soft tissue mass manifested as mixed signals mainly with low or equal signals on T1WI and high signal on T2WI, while the calcification or ossification in tumor showed low signal both on T1WI and T2WI. Soft-tissue mass with wide basement and the radial calcification or ossification were also found on the surface of parietal bone in the other 1 patient of skull POOS. Malignant osteoid tissue in small islands of cartilage produced was the characteristic pathological features of POOS. Conclusion The imaging and pathological manifestations of POOS present obvious characteristics, which are helpful to early diagnosing of this lesion. |
