| 目的 探讨未行肾替代治疗的慢性肾功能不全患者的尿毒症肺(UL)CT分级与血肌酐(SCr)水平的关系。 方法 严格按照纳入及排除标准选取58例慢性肾功能不全患者,对所有患者均行MSCT检查,并于CT检查前后3天内测定SCr。按CT征象及肺部病变范围积分分别进行分级和分组,比较各组间的SCr。 结果 按CT征象分为0~4级,共5组,各组间SCr差异均有统计学意义(P均＜0.05);按肺部病变范围积分亦分为0~4级,共5组,各组间SCr差异均有统计学意义(P均＜0.05)。 结论 UL的严重程度与肾功能下降程度有关。 |

| Objective To explore the relationship of CT grading and the serum creatinine (SCr) of uremic lung (UL) patients who did not underwent renal replacement therapy. Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion standards, 58 patients of chronic renal insufficiency were selected. MSCT scan was performed, and SCr was detected 3 days before or after CT scan. The grades and groups were classified according to CT manifestations and lung disease extent scores, and SCr of different groups were compared. Results Taking the grades of CT manifestations as the grouping index, all the patients were divided into 5 groups, and SCr among those groups were significantly different (all P＜0.05). Taking the grades of lung disease extent scores as the grouping index, all the patients were also divided into 5 groups, and statistical differences of SCr were found among different groups (all P＜0.05). Conclusion The severity of UL is closely related to the renal function decline. |
