| 目的 探讨超声自动乳腺全容积扫描(ABVS)在乳腺占位性病变中的诊断价值。 方法 回顾性分析57例93个乳腺占位性病变ABVS和二维灰阶超声影像特征;并以病理结果为标准,比较ABVS与二维灰阶超声的诊断效果。 结果 ABVS可显示乳腺占位性病变的冠状面形态特征、内部细微结构及与周围组织的关系;ABVS检出乳腺病灶数(87个)明显多于常规超声(78个,P＜0.05),并且ABVS诊断准确率(83/87,95.40%)明显高于常规超声(67/78,85.90%,P<0.05)。 结论 ABVS能为乳腺占位性病变提供更多的诊断信息,在病灶的检出率和诊断准确性方面可发挥更多优势,具有良好的临床应用前景。 |

| Objective To explore the value of automated breast volume scanner (ABVS) of ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast occupation disease. Methods The characteristics of ABVS and two-dimensional gray scale ultrasonography in 57 patients with 93 breast lesions before the operations were analyzed retrospectively. And the diagnostic capacities of ABVS were compared with that of two-dimensional gray scale ultrasound with the standard of pathology. Results ABVS displayed mammary features, relations with the neighboring tissues, and internal minor structural characteristic clearly in coronal plane patterns. The numbers of breast lesions found by ABVS (n=87) much more than that of two-dimensional gray scale ultrasonography (n=78, P＜0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of ABVS (83/87, 95.40%) was significantly higher than that of two-dimensional gray scale ultrasonography (67/78, 85.90%, P<0.05). Conclusion ABVS of ultrasound plays an important role in diagnosis of breast occupation disease. |
