| 目的 比较家兔正常肝脏CEUS两种大小ROI的定量参数。方法 将15只肝脏正常的新西兰大白兔麻醉后行CEUS检查,选择两种大小的ROI,得出肝实质、肝动脉、肝静脉和门静脉相应的定量参数 进行统计学分析。结果 两种大小ROI所测得的定量参数中,肝实质、肝动脉、肝静脉SIC、DPI、TTP比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而门静脉SIC、DPI、TTP比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 肝实质区适合应用固定大小的ROI,肝动脉、肝静脉、门静脉适合应用与血管截面积大小相同的ROI。 |

| Objective To compare the quantitative parameters of CEUS in two different sizes of ROI area in normal rabbit liver. Methods Fifteen New Zealand rabbits with normal liver underwent CEUS. Two different sizes of ROI were chosen, and the corresponding quantitative parameters (slope of increasing curve , derived peak intensity , time to peak ) were obtained and compared statistically. Results SIC, DPI and TTP were statistically different among liver parenchyma, hepatic artery and hepatic vein (P<0.05), but SIC, DPI, TTP of the portal vein were not statistically different (P＞0.05). Conclusion A fixed size ROI area is suitable for the liver parenchyma, while ROI with the same area of cross-section area of hepatic artery, the hepatic vein and the portal vein should be used for these vasculars. |
