| High frequency ultrasound has been proved to be valuable in traumatic peripheral nerve injuries. In recent years, high frequency ultrasound can reveal the traumatic peripheral nerve injuries and their relation with adjacent tissues in detail with the improvement of ultrasonic engineering and detection technology. The application and progress of ultrasonic method for detecting peripheral nerve, the types of traumatic peripheral nerve injury and evaluation on cutaneous nerve injuries were reviewed in this paper. |
