| 桥本脑病(HE)是一种与自身免疫性甲状腺炎相关的皮质醇敏感性脑炎,早期诊断对选择治疗方法、预后判断及干预治疗具有重要意义。目前HE的诊断主要依赖于临床诊断,影像学检查,尤其是SPECT和MRI,对该疾病的诊断具有重要辅助意义,为研究HE提供了新的方法。本文针对近年来新的影像技术和检查方法在HE中的应用进行综述。 |

| Hashimoto's encephalopathy (HE) is an encephalopathy associated with autoimmune thyroid disease. Early diagnosis of HE is important for the choice of treatment, prognosis and intervention. At present the diagnosis of HE depends on the clinical diagnosis, while imaging technology in the diagnosis of HE is an important complementary sense, especially SPECT and MRI, provide a new diagnostic method for HE study. In this paper, new imaging technology in recent years, and inspection methods in the application of HE were reviewed. |
