| 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT增强扫描在口底恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法 对27例经临床及手术病理证实的口底恶性肿瘤患者行多层螺旋CT增强扫描,并行冠状面、矢状面MPR,多方位、多窗位观察分析病变。结果 27例口底恶性肿瘤表现为不规则软组织肿块,呈均匀或不均匀强化,境界不清,其中6例伴邻近骨质破坏,周围结构受累,10例伴颈部淋巴结增大。 结论 多层螺旋CT增强扫描结合MPR技术可清楚显示口底恶性肿瘤的大小、形态和累及范围。 |

| Objective To observe the value of multiple slice spiral enhanced CT in diagnosis of malignant tumors on the floor of mouth. Methods Multiple slice spiral enhanced CT images of 27 patients with malignant tumors on the floor of mouth confirmed pathologically were analyzed. Coronal and sagittal multiple-planar reconstruction (MPR) technique was applied to observe the lesions. Results Irregular soft tissue mass with inhomogenous density and obscure boundary on the floor of mouth was found in all 27 patients. Bone and adjacent structure invasion were detected in 6 patients. Cervical lymph node enlargement occurred in 10 patients. Conclusion Combined with MPR technique, multiple slice spiral enhanced CT can clearly show the form and range of malignant tumors on the floor of mouth. |
