| 多发性硬化(MS)患者脑内存在铁的异常沉积,利用无创的MRI技术可以对脑内铁含量进行精确测量。本文主要针对MS脑内铁的沉积特点、可能的病理机制以及应用MRI测量铁的不同方法进行综述。 |

| Histology have showed iron abnormal deposition in the brains of multiple sclerosis (MS) patients. Iron in human brain can be measured accurately with non-invasive MRI.The distribution characteristics and possible pathogenesis of iron abnormal deposition in the brain of MS patient, as well as different measuring methods with MRI were reviewed in this article. |
