| 目的 探讨DTI轴向弥散(DA)和放射弥散(DR)在脑白质疏松症(LA)中的应用价值。方法 对28例LA患者行DTI,测量LA病灶以及病灶周围看似正常白质区(NAWM)弥散特征向量值,计算DA值和DR值。结果 LA病灶在特征向量图上表现为较NAWM稍高信号,LA病灶DA值和DR值高于灶周NAWM,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);侧脑室前角LA病灶DR值高于后角,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);左侧白质半卵圆中心LA病灶DR值高于右侧,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 DTI的DA和DR可以初步揭示LA的微结构变化,是无创性检测LA病理改变的潜在工具。 |

| Objective To observe the application value of axial diffusivity (DA) and radial diffusivity (DR) of DTI in leukoaraiosis (LA). Methods A total of 28 patients of LA underwent conventional MR scan and DTI. Eigenvector values were measured in LA lesions and the normal appearing white mater (NAWM) around the LA lesions, then the DA and DR were calculated. Results Slightly higher signals intensity in LA lesions on eigenvector map were seen compared with NAWM. DA and DR in LA lesions were higher than those in NAWM (P＜0.05). DR of anterior horn of lateral ventricle was higher than that of posterior horn (P＜0.05), while in LA lesions of left centrum ovale was higher than that of right centrum ovale (P＜0.05). Conclusion DA and DR in DTI scan can initially reveal the micro-structure changes of LA. DA and DR are supposed to be potential non-invasive tools to detection of pathological changes of LA. |
