磁共振是原发性颅内淋巴瘤的重要检查方法,在早期发现、准确分期、疗效监测方面具有重要作用。目前弥散加权成像、灌注成像以及磁共振波谱等新的磁共振技术逐渐应用于诊断原发性颅内淋巴瘤。本文介绍对颅内原发性淋巴瘤的临床特点、影像学诊断和鉴别诊断的研究进展以及MR在诊断中的应用。 |

As a main primary intracranial lymphoma (PIL) imaging technique, MR plays an importance role in early detection, accurate staging, as well as evaluation of treatment effect. Particularly diffusion weighted MRI (DWI), perfusion-weighted MRI (PWI) and MR spectroscopy (MRS) are capturing more and more attention. In this paper, recent progresses of the clinical characteristic, imaging feature and differential diagnosis of PIL were reviewed and MRI application was focused on. |
