      目的 通过充气和充水状态猪空肠占位模型的64层CT扫描,观察其可行性,探讨两种对比剂对模拟占位显示的影响。方法 制作8段猪小肠占位性病变模型,每段长约30 cm,每段制作6枚模拟占位(直径5 mm、10 mm、15 mm各2枚)。8段小肠分为两组,每组4段,分别在充气(充气组)和充水(充水组)状态下接受64层CT检查。用后处理技术观察两组模型模拟占位的显示情况并进行比较。结果 两组模型均充盈满意;充气组显示直径5 mm和10 mm病灶优于充水组(χ2=13.196,P<0.001;χ2=5.000,P=0.025),直径为15 mm的病灶两组均显示清晰。结论 用猪小肠模拟占位进行64层CT扫描具有可行性;对于显示直径≤10 mm病灶,气体充盈优于水充盈。

      Objective To assess the feasibility of detection for mimic space-occupying lesions in porcine jejunum filled with gas or water with 64-slice CT, and to compare the results of two contrast media. Methods Eight segments of space-occupying lesions in porcine jejunum (each was 30 cm long) were made. Six mimic space-occupying lesions were made on the mucous surface in each segment with a pair of lesions with a diameter of 5 mm, 10 mm and 15 mm, respectively. The segments were divided into 2 groups: 4 segments in complete gas-filling group and 4 in complete water-filling group, and then were scanned with 64-slice CT. The features of space-occupying lesions were observed and compared between two groups with post-process techniques. Results Eight segments of jejunum were all full-filled satisfactorily in two groups. Complete gas-filling group was superior to complete water-filling group in displaying of 5 mm and 10 mm diameter lesions (χ2=13.196, P<0.001; χ2=5.000, P=0.025). For the lesions with diameter of 15 mm, both groups displayed the lesions clearly. Conclusion The detection of mimic space-occupying lesions in porcine jejunum is feasible with 64-slice CT scanning, and gas-filling is better than water-filling for the display of small lesions with diameter not larger than 10 mm.
