| 目的 分析锁骨病变的影像学表现。方法 对经手术病理证实的17例锁骨病变的影像学表现进行回顾性分析,17例均接受X线平片检查,10例接受CT检查,7例接受MR检查。结果 骨巨细胞瘤2例,骨软骨瘤病1例,嗜酸细胞肉芽肿3例,畸形性骨炎1例,浆细胞性骨髓瘤1例,尤因肉瘤1例,转移瘤4例,结核3例,慢性骨髓炎1例。感染性病变与良、恶性骨肿瘤影像表现各异。结论 结合病变部位和平片、CT及MRI综合表现,可对锁骨病变进行较准确的定性诊断。 |

| Objective To evaluate the imaging features of clavicle diseases. Methods Imaging findings, including plain X-ray (n=17), CT (n=10) and MRI (n=7) of 17 patients with clavicle diseases proved pathologically were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 2 patients of giant cell tumor of bone, 1 of osteochondromatosis, 3 of eosinophilic granuloma, 1 of deformans osteitis, 1 of plasma-cell myeloma, 1 of Ewing sarcoma, 4 of metastatic neoplasm, 3 of tuberculosis and 1 of chronic osteomyelitis. The imaging features of infectious diseases, benign and malignant tumors were different. Conclusion The combination of X-ray, CT and MRI can correctly diagnose most of clavicle diseases. |
