| 子宫腺肌病是妇科常见病。目前对子宫腺肌病的治疗方法主要有药物治疗、手术治疗以及介入性治疗。药物治疗主要有米非司酮、促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)及左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)。手术治疗包括根治手术和保守手术。介入性治疗主要包括血管性介入治疗以及超声介入治疗两大方面。本文对各种治疗方法进行综述。 |

| Adenomyosis is a common disease in gynecology. The current main treatments of adenomyosis are drug therapy, surgical treatment and interventional treatment. Drug therapy includes mifepristone, gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) and levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine system (LNG-IUS). Surgical treatment includes radical surgery and conservative surgery. Vascular interventional therapy and ultrasound interventional therapy are the two major components of intervention therapy. The different methods mentioned above were reviwed in this artical. |
