| 目的 探讨经子宫动脉灌注化疗序贯栓塞术在治疗异位妊娠中的价值。 方法 对65例异位妊娠患者行超选择性双侧子宫动脉插管,灌注氨甲蝶呤,后用聚乙烯醇颗粒栓塞双侧子宫动脉,l周后行刮宫手术。 结果 65例患者均成功接受双侧子宫动脉灌注化疗栓塞术,术后l周行刮宫术,手术顺利。 结论 子宫动脉灌注化疗序贯栓塞术是保守治疗异位妊娠的一种安全、有效的微创方法。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of chemotherapy and embolization of uterine artery on ectopic pregnancy. Methods Sixty-five patients with ectopic pregnancy were intubated in bilateral uterine arteriae, and then perfused with methotrexats through the catheters. The bilateral uterine arteries were embolized with polu vinyl alcohol. After a week, the uterine curettage was carried out. Results Chemotherapy and embolization of uterine artery were successfully executed in all patients. After a week, the uterine curettage was gone with a swing. Conclusion Chemotherapy and embolization of uterine artery provides a secure guarantee for the conservative treatment of patients with ectopic gestation. |
