| 目的 探讨影响脑血管造影三维重建结果的因素。方法 收集三维重建结果与实际情况不符的患者图像30幅,分析错误结果的产生原因。结果 对比剂充盈情况、显示阈值选择、患者配合、FOV位置及大小、颅骨遮挡、动脉瘤位置都会对重建结果产生较大影响。结论 脑血管造影三维重建结果可能与实际情况不一致,需将三维重建与二维图像结合共同做出诊断。 |

| Objective To analyze the factors that affect DSA three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction. Methods Get affected 3D reconstruction, review exam progress and find factors that affect 3D reconstruction. Results Contrast medium filling degree, vessels threshold, patient’s cooperation, size and position of FOV, influence of skull, position of aneurysm can affect 3D reconstruction of cerebrovascular angiography. Conclusion Some factors can cause artifact in 3D reconstruction, we had better combine 3D reconstruction with two-dimensional angiography for a better conclusion. |
