| 目的 探讨经腹部与经阴道超声联合检查在诊断异位妊娠中的价值。方法 对65例经临床和(或)手术证实的异位妊娠患者的经腹部超声及经阴道超声检查结果进行回顾分析。结果 本组65例患者中,经腹部超声检查显示附件区包块56例,诊断正确率为86.2%,漏诊率为13.8%;经阴道超声检查显示附件区包块61例,诊断正确率为93.8%,漏诊率为6.2%,二者联合应用的诊断正确率为96.9%(63/65),漏诊率为3.1%(2/65)。结论 经腹部与经阴道超声联合检查有利于提高异位妊娠诊断的准确性,减少漏诊。 |

| Objective To investigate the value of the combination of abdominal and vaginal ultrasonography in diagnosing eccyesis. Methods The abdominal and vaginal ultrasonography results of 65 eccyesis patients confirmed by clinic information and/or pathology. Results Among the 65 cases of ectopic gestation, mass in appendix was found in 56 cases with abdominal ultrasonography, as well as that in 61 cases with vaginal ultrasonography. The diagnostic accuracy of the two methods was 86.2% and 93.8% separately, while the rate of missing diagnosis was 13.8% and 6.2% respectively. With the combination of the two methods, the diagnostic accuracy was 96.9% (63/65) and the rate of missing diagnosis was 6.2% (2/65). Conclusion The combination of abdominal and vaginal ultrasonography is helpful to raise the diagnostic accuracy and reduce the rate of missing diagnosis for patients with ectopic pregnancy. |
