| 目的 探讨超声检查在产前诊断胎儿畸形中的应用价值。方法 对1021名中、晚期孕妇行产前超声检查,观察胎儿各器官形态、结构。结果 产前超声共检出胎儿畸形38胎,1胎左前臂缺失漏诊。结论 超声检查虽然具有一定的局限性,但其在胎儿畸形的产前诊断中具有重要的价值,对降低围生期死亡率及优生优育均具有重要意义。 |

| Objective To evaluate the application value of ultrasonography in prenatal diagnosis of fetal abnormality. Methods A total of 1021 pregnant women in middle or late pregnancy underwent prenatal ultrasonography. The morphology and structure of various organs in fetuses were studied. Results Totally 38 cases of fetal abnormality were diagnosed with prenatal ultrasonography. Moreover, one case of left arm malformation was misdiagnosed. Conclusion Even though there are some limitations of prenatal ultrasonography in diagnosing fetal abnormality, prenatal ultrasonography still has important value in the diagnosis of fetal abnormality, reducing the perinatal mortality rate and increasing the prepotency rate. |
