| 目的 探讨Sturge-Weber综合征(SWS)的CT与MRI表现和诊断价值。 方法 回顾分析7例SWS的MRI、CT表现。 结果 CT、MRI表现:①软脑膜血管瘤:增强T1WI呈脑回状强化,多个脑叶受累居多,4例增强患者均可见。②脉络丛增大、明显强化:4例增强患者均可见。③脑回状钙化:多位于皮层,6例均由CT发现。④脑萎缩:4例为轻度,1例为重度。⑤同侧静脉异常:共3例,其中2例在室管膜下,1例在增宽的蛛网膜下腔和室管膜下均可见静脉增粗。⑥T2* |

| Objective To investigate CT and MRI manifestations and diagnostic value of Sturge-Weber syndrome (SWS). Methods CT or/and MRI data of 7 cases with SWS were analyzed retrospectively. Results CT and MRI findings were as follows: ①Leptomeningeal angiomatosis were seen in 4 patients who underwent contrast-enhanced T1WI as the gyriform enhancement and several lobes were involved. ②Enlargement and markedly enhancement of choroids plexus were seen in all 4 patients on contrast-enhanced T1WI. ③Gyriform calcifications were seen in 6 cases by CT. ④Slight cerebral atrophy was seen in 4 cases, sever cerebral atrophy was seen in 1 case. ⑤Abnormality of contralateral veins included dilated subependymal veins in 2 cases, dilated veins in enlarged subarachnoid space and under ependyma in 1 case. ⑥Decreased T2* |
