Gene therapy of ovarian cancer has become a hot spot recently, and the key point is to transfect exogenous gene into cells safely and effectively. As a new gene transfection vector, ultrasonic microbubble contrast agents will break a new way for the gene therapy in ovarian cancer. The research progress of ultrasound contrast agent mediated gene therapy in ovarian cancer were reviewed in this article. |
