| Cerebral infraction is a disease with high morbidity, mortality and disability rate. To define the ischemic penumbra as early as possible is critical for directing treatment and improving prognosis. The application of magnetic resonace imagin in defining the ischemic penumbra of cerebral infraction was reviewed in this article, as well as their advantages and diadvantages. |
