| 目的 应用实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)检测法洛四联症(TOF)患者手术前、后右心室功能。方法 应用RT-3DE测量41例TOF患者手术前、后的右心室收缩末期容积(RVESV)和右心室舒张末期容积(RVEDV),计算右心室射血分数(RVEF)。比较术前、术后7天、术后3个月TOF患者RVESV、RVEDV和RVEF。结果 与术前相比,术后7天TOF患者RVEDV减小(P＜0.05)、RVEF明显降低(P＜0.01);与术后7天比较,术后3个月TOF患者RVEDV、RVESV及RVEF无明显变化(P均＞0.05)。结论 RT-3DE可以准确评价TOF患者的右心室功能。 |

| Objective To evaluate right ventricular function in patients with tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) with real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT-3DE). Methods Forty-one patients with TOF underwent RT-3DE before operation, 7 days and 3 months after operation. The right ventricular end diastolic volume (RVEDV) and right ventricular end systolic volume (RVESV) of the patients were measured, and the right ventricular ejection fraction (RVEF) was calculated. Results Compared with pre-operation, RVEDV and RVEF in patients both decreased significantly at 7 days after operation (P＜0.05 and P＜0.01). There was no significant difference in RVEDV, RVESV and RVEF of the patients between 7 days and 3 months after operation. Conclusion RT-3DE can be used to evaluate right ventricular function accurately. |
