| 目的 探讨乳腺导管内癌的高频超声声像图特征,旨在提高诊断及鉴别诊断导管内良、恶性肿瘤的准确性。方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的25例乳腺导管内癌高频超声声像图表现。结果 乳腺导管内癌分为三型:导管增宽型(9例)、实质团块型(12例)、囊实混合型(4例)。结论 乳腺高频彩超是诊断乳腺导管内癌有效的检查手段,但当肿块为实质团块型及混合性肿块型时误诊率较高。 |

| Objective To investigate high frequency sonogram characteristics of ductal carcinoma in situ, so as to improve diagnosis and differentiate diagnosis of benign and malignant intraductal tumor. Methods Ultrasonic findings of 25 patients with ductal carcinoma in situ confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Ultrasound characteristics of ductal carcinoma in situ were divided into 3 types: Ductal thickening type in 9 patients, solid masses type in 12 patients, and cystosolid masses type in 4 patients. Conclusion High frequency and color Doppler ultrasound is the effective diagnostic tools in diagnosis of ductal carcinoma in situ. However, both mothods have high misdiagnosis rate when the lesion presents as solid irregular mass and cystosolid mass. |
