目的 探讨MSCT及其图像后处理技术在颌面部骨折中的应用价值。方法 收集颌面部外伤患者198例,采用16层螺旋CT对患者眉弓至颏下轴位扫描,原始数据在Volume Wizard工作站进行多平面重组(MPR)及容积再现(VR)。比较轴位图像、MPR图像、VR图像及三者联用对骨折线的显示率。结果 198例颌面部外伤患者共发现461处骨折。VR图像显示率最低(83.51%),三种方法联用显示率最高为100%,各种方法对鼻骨、上颌骨、眶壁骨折显示的差异具有统计学意义(χ2分别为37.60,26.60及45.04,P<0.001)。 结论 以MSCT轴位图像为基础,合理运用MPR、VR等重组技术能清晰显示颌面骨折的细微结构、周围软组织情况及空间解剖关系,三种方法联合应用对颌面部骨折的显示率最高。 |

Objective To investigate the application value of MSCT and image postprocessing techniques in maxillofacial fractures. Methods Totally 198 patients with maxillofacial trauma were recruited in this study. Axial CT scanning from superciliary arch to submentum was performed with a 16-slice spiral CT scanner. Multi planar reformation (MPR) and volume rendering (VR) were performed on the Volume Wizard station. The images of axial, MPR, VR and the combination of the above three were compared. Results Totally 461 fractures were found in 198 patients. The display rate of VR images was the lowest (83.51%) and the combined application of three methods was the highest (100%). Significant differences were found in display of nasal bone, maxillary bone and orbital wall fracture among the four methods (χ2 =37.60, 26.60 and 45.04, respectively, P<0.001). Conclusion Fine structure, surrounding soft tissue and spatial anatomical relationship of maxillofacial fractur can be displayed clearly with rational application of MPR and VR reformatted techniques based on MSCT axial images. The display rate of combined application of three methods is the highest. |
