| 目的 探讨CT诊断卵巢透明细胞癌的临床价值。方法 回顾分析经手术病理证实的6例卵巢透明细胞癌的CT表现及肿瘤的大小、边缘、囊性成分的密度、囊内结构、实性成分的特征。结果 本组肿瘤均为单侧,大小为7.2~11.3 cm,平均8.83 cm,边缘光滑,均以囊性为主,囊性成分CT值为15~28 HU,平均21.50 HU,其中囊液CT值≥20 HU者4例;5例为单房囊性肿块。肿瘤的实性成分均显著强化。术前CT均未诊断为卵巢透明细胞癌。结论 卵巢透明细胞癌的CT表现虽具有一定特征,但缺乏特异性,确诊有赖于病理学检查。 |

| Objective To observe clinical value of CT in diagnosis of ovary clear cell carcinoma. Methods CT manifestations and the size, margin, attenuation of the cystic portion, internal structure, characteristic of solid content of 6 patients with ovary clear cell carcinoma proved by histopathology were retrospectively reviewed. Results Tumors were unilateral in all patients. The average size ranged from 7.2 cm to 11.3 cm in diameter (mean 8.83 cm). All the masses showed mainly cystic appearance and smooth margin. Average attenuation of the cystic portion of the masses ranged from 15 HU to 28 HU (mean 21.50 HU). Most of tumors (n=5) appeared as unilocular cystic masses. Lumen protruding solid component in all tumors showed intensive enhancement. None of patients with ovarian clear cell carcinoma were correctly diagnosed with CT before operation. Conclusion CT fingdings of ovary clear cell carcinoma are absent of specificity. The final diagnosis is based on pathology examination. |
