      目的 评价320排容积CT低剂量左心房肺静脉成像的可行性。 方法 收集33例心房颤动患者(男24例,女9例),行左心房肺静脉CT成像。按不同体质量指数(BMI)分为3组:BMI<22 kg/m2,BMI 22~28 kg/m2及BMI>28 kg/m2,分别评价左心房肺静脉图像质量(优、良、差),测量左心房及各肺静脉分支的CT值,计算CT剂量指数(CTDI)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)、有效剂量(ED)等辐射剂量指标。 结果 33例患者扫描辐射剂量为:CTDI (10.25±2.63)mGy(8.5~12.3 mGy);DLP (134.84±13.50)mGy · cm(118.81~172.14 mGy · cm);ED (2.29±0.23)mSv(2.02~2.93 mSv)。图像质量评价优22例,良11例。左心房及各肺静脉分支近段CT值在BMI组间差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。 结论 应用320排容积CT进行低剂量左心房肺静脉成像,可在降低辐射剂量的同时获得满足诊断需要的图像。

      Objective To evaluate the feasibility of low dose left atrium and pulmonary veins imaging with 320 detector volume CT. Methods Thirty-three cases (male 24, female 9) with atrial fibrillation were enrolled in this study and underwent left atrium and pulmonary veins imaging. All the patients were divided into three groups according to BMI (BMI<22 kg/m2, BMI 22—28 kg/m2 and BMI>28 kg/m2). The image quality (good, moderate and poor) and the CT value of left atrium and every pulmonary vein branch were evaluated respectively. CT dose index (CTDI), dose length product (DLP) and effective dose (ED) were calculated. Results The image qualities of all patients were good or moderate. No poor image quality was observed. The radiation dose: CTDI was (10.25±2.63)mGy (8.5—12.3)mGy, DLP was (134.84±13.50)mGy · cm (118.81—172.14)mGy · cm, while ED was (2.29±0.23)mSv (2.02—2.93)mSv. There was no difference of the CT value of left atrium and every pulmonary vein branch among groups with differernt BMI (all P>0.05). Conclusion The low dose left atrium and pulmonary veins imaging radiation dosage volume CT can reduce radiation dose, and meet the demand of the diagnosis.
