| 目的 探讨影像学在125I粒子治疗眼眶肿瘤的各个步骤中的作用。方法 对54例接受125I粒子近距离治疗的眼眶恶性肿瘤患者的影像学资料进行回顾性分析,其中31例有数字影像资料者应用治疗计划系统(TPS)进行术前计划设计,23例无数字资料的患者未行术前TPS计划,术中粒子按照巴黎布源原则排列。术后均应用TPS系统进行术后质量验证。术后3、6、12个月分别对患者进行CT和(或)MRI追踪随访。结果 所有患者共植入放射性125I粒子917粒、平均(17.0±7.7)粒/人。TPS计划组及未计划组满意率分别为77.42%(24/31)及43.47%(10/23),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.523,P=0.011)。8例患者术后失访。TPS质量验证满意组术后3、6、12个月肿瘤局部复发率分别为0(0/29)、7.14%(2/28)、25.00%(6/24),TPS质量验证不满意组局部复发率分别为17.65%(3/17)、37.50%(6/16)、66.67%(8/12),组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.0105)。结论 影像学在125I粒子治疗眼眶肿瘤的各个步骤中均有重要作用。 |

| Objective To investigate the value of medical imaging technology in 125I seeds brachytherapy of patients with ophthalmic tumors. Methods Imaging data of 54 patients with orbital tumor treated with 125I seeds brachytherapy were retrospectively analyzed. Preplan was designed in 31 patients who had digital image data using treatment planning system (TPS) system. Other 23 patients who had no digital image data did not undergo TPS preplan. The 125I seeds accordance were arranged with the principle of Paris. TPS postoperative quality verification was performed in all patients. CT and (or) MRI were performed 3, 6 and 12 months later. Results Totally 917 125I seeds were implanted into 54 patients, the mean number of seeds was (17.0±7.7) per patient. The satisfaction rate of the two groups was 77.42% (24/31) and 43.47% (10/23), respectively (χ2=6.523, P=0.011). Eight patients were lost during following-up. Local recurrence rate in group of satisfied quality of verification was 0 (0/29), 7.14% (2/28) and 25.00% (6/24) in 3, 6 and 12 months, while in group of unsatisfied quality of verification was 17.65% (3/17), 37.50% (6/16), 66.67% (8/12), respectively (P=0.0105). Conclusion Imaging technology plays very important role in 125I seeds implant brachytherapy of patients with ophthalmic tumors. |
