| Left atrial appendage has become a research hotspot for its special anatomic structure and function characteristics. Development of three-dimensional echocardiographic study of left atrial appendage in feasibility of real-time three-dimensional imaging, assessment of modality, quantitative analysis of orifice area and depth, detection of thrombus and the application in left atrial appendage obliteration were reviewed in this article. |
