| The full-volume imaging of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT-3DE) could quantify the cardiac chamber volume, provide cardiac function information. This technique does not need any geometric assumption for the chamber. Its accuracy has been validated by a variety of vitro and vivo studies. The accuracy of RT-3DE in quantifying the chamber volume and the related factors were reviewed in this paper. |
