| 目的 探讨规范化超声培训对诊断双胎绒毛膜性的价值。方法 回顾性分析规范化超声培训前诊断为双胎妊娠的146名和规范化超声培训后诊断的198名孕妇的临床资料、超声诊断绒毛膜性的符合率,并进行比较分析。结果 早孕期超声未诊断出绒毛膜性的比例由规范化超声培训前的76.92％下降至规范化超声培训后的20.00％(P<0.05),中、晚孕期由65.00％下降至17.65％(P<0.05);规范化超声培训前、后在早孕期诊断绒毛膜性的符合率均为100%,中、晚期诊断的符合率由规范化超声培训前的80.95％明显提高到规范化超声培训后的96.83％(P<0.05)。结论 通过规范化培训,超声诊断双胎绒毛膜性的比例和符合率明显提高。早孕期是超声诊断双胎绒毛膜性的最佳时机。 |

| Objective To evaluate the significance of standardized training on ultrasonic diagnosis of chorionicity identification in twin pregnancy. Methods Clinical data of 344 pregnant women, including 146 pregnant women examined pre-training and 198 pregnant women examined post-training, were reviewed retrospectively. The chorionicity detection rate and accuracy of diagnosis were compared between the two groups. Results After standardized training, the proportion of pregnant women with neglected chorionicity diagnosis decreased from 76.92％ to 20.00％ (P<0.05) in the first trimester, from 65.00％ to 17.65％ (P<0.05) in the second and third trimester. The accuracy of chorionicity diagnosis in the first trimester before and after training was all 100%, whereas the accuracy in the second and third trimester raised from 80.95％ to 96.83％ (P<0.05). Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of chorionicity in twin pregnancy can be greatly improved with standardized ultrasound training. The first trimester is the best time to determine the chorionicity of twin pregnancy with ultrasonography. |
