| 目的 探讨右侧气管性支气管(TB)分型的方法。方法 回顾性分析33例TB患者的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)原始图像及部分重建图像,并复习相关文献。结果 所有患者按起始部位分6型:气管型20例,右主支气管型5例,中间段支气管型、中叶型各1例,下叶型0例,交界型6例;按变异支气管分4型:尖段型28例,前段及后段型均0例,混合型5例;综合上述两种分型方法得出复合型分型法,命名方式为"变异支气管-起始部位"。结论 以"变异支气管-起始部位"方式命名TB,符合TB发病机制相关学说,简单、形象地概括各类TB,为临床及影像学诊断提供参考。 |

| Objective To discuss the classification of the right-side tracheal bronchus (TB). Methods The original and partial reconstructed MSCT images of 33 patients with TB were retrospectively analyzed, and relevant literatures were studied. Results According to the initiation site, bronchial abnormalities were divided into 6 types: tracheal type (n=20), right main bronchus type (n=5), intermediate bronchial type (n=1), middle lobe type (n=1), lower lobe type (n=0) and junctional type (n=6). Based on the abnormal bronchial, bronchial abnormalities were divided into 4 types: corresponding apical type (n=28), both anterior and posterior type (each n=0), and mixed type (n=5). Bronchial abnormalities were also named after the combination of both the sub-types, in accordance with "abnormal bronchial-initiation site". Conclusion To name TB under "abnormal bronchial-initiation site" is consistent with the pathogenesis of TB, which could also sum up all types of TB and provide references to both clinicians and radiologists. |
