| 目的 探讨Tei指数评价儿童先天性心脏病介入治疗前后心功能的价值。方法 病例组为60例接受经导管介入封堵术治疗的患儿,包括动脉导管未闭(PDA)15例,室间隔缺损(VSD)25例,房间隔缺损(ASD)20例。分别于介入治疗前后应用超声心动图测量左、右心室Tei指数,观察患者心功能的变化。另选取年龄匹配的30名正常儿童作为对照组。 结果 ①PDA患儿术前左、右心室Tei指数均高于对照组(P均＜0.05),术后3个月恢复至对照组水平;ASD、VSD患儿术前左、右心室Tei指数与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P均＞0.05)。②左、右心室Tei指数存在相关性(P＜0.05)。 结论 应用Tei指数评价儿童先心病介入治疗前后心功能具有较好的临床应用价值。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical value of Tei index in evaluating cardiac function in children with congenital heart diseases before and after transcatheter closure. Methods All the subjects were divided into two groups. Test group included 15 children of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), 25 of ventricular septal defect (VSD) and 20 of atrial septal defect (ASD). Tei index of the left and the right ventricles was obtained before and after transcatheter closure with echocardiography.Control group included 30 age-corresponding healthy children. Tei index of the left and the right ventricle was calculated to obtain the normal reference value. Results ①Tei index of PDA children was higher than that of control group (P＜0.05) before intervention, then gradually recovered to normal level 3 months after transcatheter closure. Compared with control group, no significant difference of Tei index of ASD and VSD was found before transcatheter closure. ②Tei index of the left ventricular correlated well with that of the right ventricular (P＜0.05). Conclusion Tei index can be well applied to assess cardiac function in children with congenital heart diseases before and after transcatheter closure. |
