| 目的 探讨通过动脉弹性指标评估动脉早期硬化的临床价值。方法 采用彩色多普勒诊断仪,测量148位受检者(斑块组43例,正常组105名)的颈动脉内-中膜厚度(CCA IMT),应用超声动脉健康评估定量分析技术(AHP)获取各年龄段血管弹性、膨胀指数数据并进行分析。结果 斑块组弹性、膨胀指数平均值为 (115.0093±105.2993)kPa、(0.08802±0.24398)/kPa,正常组为(100.7482±65.0728)kPa、(0.03203±0.10375)/kPa,两组间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 通过颈动脉的弹性、膨胀指数评价颈动脉局部斑块的临床价值有限。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical value of vascular elasticity and distensibility index in evaluation of early arteriosclerosis. Methods Two-sided carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT)of 43 patients with plaque in carotid artery (palque group) and 105 healthy subjects (normal group ) underwent ultrasound scanning, and the data of vascular elasticity and distensibility index in each group were obtained and analyzed with Arterial Halth Package (AHP) Software. Results The mean value of vascular elasticity and distensibility index in the plaque group was (115.0093±105.2993)kPa and (0.08802±0.24398)/kPa, while in the normal group was (100.7482±65.0728)kPa and (0.03203±0.10375)/kPa, respectively (P>0.05). Conclusion Elasticity and distensibility index has limited importance on cliniacal evaluation of carotid limitation plague. |
