Fibrotic diseases are the results of long-term stimulation of inflammation. The development of gene therapy brings new hope to patients with tissue fibrosis. Recently, the application of ultrasound-microbubble-mediated gene transfer has obtained certain results in treating renal, peritoneal, hepatic and some other organs fibrosis, which provides a new idea for the therapy of fibrosis. |
