      目的 探讨不同介质对血管模型CT值、CT后处理技术容积重建(VR)显示阈值、血管模型管径的影响。 方法 建立9个血管模型,即空气、清水、对比剂浓度递增的介质A~G;在9种介质中分别测量血管模型CT值;VR重组调节图像显示阈值以测量9个血管模型的标准管径,记录标准阈值;分析介质密度、血管模型的CT值、标准阈值间的相互关系及对血管模型管径测量的影响。 结果 介质密度与血管模型CT值呈明显负相关(r=-1.000,P<0.01);介质密度与标准阈值呈完全负相关(r=-1.000,P<0.01)。介质对血管模型CT值及阈值均有影响,介质密度每增加1 HU , 血管模型CT值和标准阈值各降低0.09个单位.以B介质为例,血管模型CT值与标准阈值呈明显正相关(r=1.000,P<0.01);标准阈值和血管模型管径呈明显负相关(r=-0.780,P=0.01)。 结论 血管模型CT扫描VR重组图像血管管径测量受周围介质密度、血管内对比剂密度、VR重组显示阈值的影响。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the influence of different medias on the CT measurement of calibre values of vessel models, volume rendering (VR) threshold and vessel caliber. Methods Nine vessel models were filled with contrast material with nine different density. The CT values of different vessel models were measured. The threshold was adjusted to measure vessel caliber, and recorded standard threshold. The relationship of different media density, CT value of vessels, standard threshold of CT and vessel model calibre were analyzed. Results There was negative correlation between media density and CT value of vessel model (r=-1.000, P<0.01), also between media density and standard threshold (r=-1.000, P<0.01). Medium density for each increases 1 HU, CT value and standard threshold of vascular model reduce 0.09 unit respectively. Positive correlation was found between CT value of vessel model and standard threshold (r=1.000, P<0.01). There was negative correlation between standard threshold and vessel model calibre (r=-0.780, P=0.01). Conclusion Vascular caliber measurements are affected by the media density, density of vessel model and VR reconstruction threshold.
