| 目的 探讨超声对孕期子宫不完全纵隔与宫腔粘连带的鉴别诊断价值。方法 分析62例经临床证实的子宫不完全纵隔和46例宫腔粘连带的超声声像图,比较孕期两种病变的声像图差异。结果 超声能识别孕期子宫不完全纵隔与宫腔粘连带,两种病变发生部位、基底部厚径以及病变对胎位、胎盘及胎儿的影响方面均存在差异。结论 超声对孕期子宫不完全纵隔与宫腔粘连带的鉴别诊断具有一定意义,并能很好地监测胎儿的生长发育情况,为产科选择生产方式提供依据。 |

| Objective To observe the value of ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of partial septate uterus and intra-uterine adhesion during pregnancy. Methods Sixty-two patients with partial septate uterus and 46 patients with intra-uterine adhesion were examined by ultrasound during pregnancy. Results There were significant statistical differences on obstetric ultrasound between the two groups, including lesion location, the size of basal part and their influence on the placental position, placenta and fetus. Conclusion Ultrasound can differentiate partial septate uterus and intra-uterine adhesion and monitor the growth of the fetus, providing basis for choosing the management. |
