| 目的 探讨二维及彩超在下肢深静脉血栓形成患者中注射尿激酶局部溶栓介入治疗中的应用。 方法 对30例疑为下肢深静脉血栓形成患者行术前超声诊断及评估,确定进针部位及进针路线,引导穿刺,注射尿激酶局部溶栓,术后观察患肢深静脉血流情况。 结果 治疗后彩超检查,痊愈18例(60%),有效9例(35%),总有效率95%。3例效果不佳,术后血管血流依旧充盈不佳。 结论 彩超引导下注射尿激酶局部溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓是一种疗效明显、安全、经济实惠的治疗方法。 |

| Objective To approach the application method of two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography in local application of urokinase interventional therapy of deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremity. Methods Thirty patients doubted as deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremity under went ultrasonic diagnosis and follow-up evaluation before or after local application of urokinase interventional therapy, to decide the place and path of needling, guiding stab, inject urokinase regional thrombolysis, observe blood flow circulation of the affected extremity after treatment. Results observe by color Doppler ultrasonography after treatment, recovery cure was obtained in 18 patients (60%), effectiveness in 9 patients (35%), the total efficacy was 95%. Ineffective in 3 patients with poor-filled blood flow on color Doppler ultrasonography. Conclusion Local application of urokinase interventional therapy of deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremity under color Doppler ultrasound guidance an is effective, safe and economical method for treating lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. |
