目的 讨论颈内动脉狭窄支架植入术中微栓子脱落后脑保护伞回收时处理方法。 方法 颈内动脉狭窄支架植入后,颈内动脉血流停滞或缓慢,回撤保护伞于C3、C4段,指引导管送入支架近端,迅速反复多次回抽血流。 结果 血流通畅,无1例脑栓塞。 结论 在颈内动脉狭窄支架植入联合应用脑保护伞,当微栓子脱落所导致的颈内动脉血流停滞或缓慢时,正确的处理脑保护伞可以有效防止脱落的微栓子进入脑内。 |

Objective To explore the method of receiving carotid filter after particulate debris falling off during carotid arterial stent placement. Methods When stent was placed with carotid arterial stenosis, blood circulation was disturbed. Carotid filter was removed at the piece of C3, C4. Guiding catheter was moved to proximate of stent, and blood drawing was taken repeatedly. Results Blood circulation was unobstructed without cerebral embolism case. Conclusion In the internal carotid artery stenosis stenting combined carotid filter, when Microembolic off the internal carotid artery caused by stagnation or slow blood flow, the correct way of dealing can be effective in preventing cerebral protective Microembolic falling into the brain. |
