| 目的 探讨儿童卵巢功能性囊肿影像学诊断。方法 8例女性儿童,年龄4~14岁,7例均有腹疼,无呕吐;双侧乳房增大1例。8例患者术前均接受B超及CT检查。结果 B超检查显示卵巢肿大2例,卵巢囊实性肿块2例,盆腔囊性肿块4例。CT表现为膀胱上方囊性肿物3例,膀胱后方子宫旁囊性肿物3例,子宫后方囊性肿块2例。结论 B超、CT检查可为诊断卵巢功能性囊肿提供影像学依据;CT对病变的定位和定性较为准确。 |

| Objective To evaluate the radiological diagnosis of pediatric ovarial functional cyst. Methods Eight female cases aged 4—14. Seven cases suffered abdominal pain, no vomit. One case presented with bilateral breast enlarging. All cases underwent ultrasound and CT examination before therapy. Results Ultrasound examination showed ovarian tumidity 2 cases; ovarial cystic-solid mass 2 cases; pelvic cystic mass 4 cases. CT scan showed cystic mass above the bladder 3 cases; cystic mass between the bladder and uterus 3 cases; cystic mass behind the uterus 2 cases. Conclusion Ultrasound and CT examination can provide information for the definite diagnosis of pediatric ovarial functional cyst. CT image can help to determine precise location and characteristics of the cyst. |
