目的 探讨妊娠中晚期胎儿韦尔加腔的存在与胎儿神经系统结构异常的关系。方法 对29 244例20~42孕周产前检查的孕妇行彩色多普勒超声检查,分析胎儿韦尔加腔与神经系统畸形的相关性。结果 胎儿畸形总检出率为1.3%,其中神经系统畸形的检出率为0.4%;合并韦尔加腔的胎儿畸形检出率为17.2%,其中神经系统畸形的检出率为14.7%。伴有韦尔加腔的胎儿畸形超声检出率尤其是神经系统畸形的检出率高于未伴有韦尔加腔的胎儿。结论 了解中晚期孕周胎儿韦尔加腔的超声表现有助于胎儿中枢神经系统结构异常的检出。 |

Objective To discuss the relationship between the existence of cavum Veergae of fetus and the structural abnormalities of fetal nervous system in late pregnancy. Methods We detected 29 244 cases of pregnant women whose gestational age was in 20-42 weeks using color Doppler ultrasound, and investigated the relationship between the cavum Veergae of fetus and the nervous system deformities. Results The detection rate of fetal malformation was 1.3%, in which the nervous system deformation was 0.4%. The detection rate of the cavum Veergae was 17.2%, in which the nervous system deformation was 14.7%. The detection rate of the cavum Veergae was higher than that of no the cavum Veergae in fetal nervous system deformation through ultrasonic detection. Conclusion Understanding the ultrasound performance of the cavum Veergae of the fetus in late gestational age will help detect the central nervous system abnormalities. |
