| 目的 探讨浆细胞性骨髓炎的临床及影像学表现,提高对本病的认识。方法 回顾性分析6例经手术病理证实的浆细胞性骨髓炎的临床及影像学特征。结果 6例均有局部反复红、肿、痛病史。4例发生在胫骨、1例股骨、1例骰骨。6例中4例病变局限,见单发或多发小斑片状或类圆形骨密度减低区,边界清,周围见骨质硬化带;3例见轻微骨膜反应;另2例为骨折合并慢性骨髓炎表现。均有局限性软组织肿胀。2例MRI见骨破坏区呈边界较清长T1、长T2信号改变,增强后病灶1例不均匀强化、1例环行强化。结论 浆细胞性骨髓炎的影像学表现不具有特异性,诊断需结合临床表现,确诊靠病理诊断。 |

| Objective To study the clinical and imaging features of plasma cell osteomyelitis. Methods Imaging findings of 6 patients with plasma cell osteomyelitis by pathologically confirmed were retrospectively analyzed. Results The clinical symptom of the 6 patients was mainly pain and swollen of intermittence in the local lesion. Of these 6, 4 cases occurred in the tibia, 1 in femur, 1 in cuboid. In 4 of 6 cases, the focus of a disease was limitations, presented a small round bone mineral density to reduce the area of a single or multiple, border clearance, the surrounding bone sclerosis belt; 3 cases presented a slight periosteal reaction; another 2 cases of fracture with chronic osteomyelitis performance. The all patients had the limitations of soft-tissue swelling. MRI of 2 patients presented as hype-signal on T2WI and hype-signal on T2WI, contrast MRI 1 case observed homogeneous enhancement, 1 case circular enhancement. Conclusion The plasma cell osteomyelitis of the imaging features is non-specific, to be combined with clinical diagnosis, confirmed by pathological diagnosis. |
