| 目的 认识泌尿系软结石的发病机制、临床特点与声像图特点。方法 回顾分析2例泌尿系软结石病例,结合文献复习,分析声像图特点。结果 1例肾结石合并输尿管结石,1例膀胱结石分别行经皮肾镜、膀胱镜气压弹道碎石术治疗,结合敏感药物治疗及冲洗、治愈出院。结论 泌尿系软结石常继发于感染,声像图有特征性表现。超声诊断软结石有重要临床价值。 |

| Objective To identify the ultrasonographic features and understand pathogenesis, clinical features of urinary soft calculi. Methods Retrospective analysis of the preoperative ultrasonographic features was performed in 2 cases of urinary soft calculi. Results The 2 patients underwent surgical operations and received antibiotic therapy after operation, finally recovered very well. Conclusion The formation of urinary soft calculi is typically associated with urinary infection. Ultrasonography is of great value in the diagnosis of urinary soft calculi for the characteristic sonographic features. |
