| 目的 探讨实时三维彩色超声成像技术在膀胱癌诊断中的应用价值。 方法 应用Siemens实时三维彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,对28例膀胱癌患者进行检查,运用实时三维成像技术进行构图并诊断,并与普通彩超、膀胱造影X线检查、CT、MRI、膀胱镜检查或术后病理等结果对照分析。 结果 28例患者术前诊断经与普通彩超、膀胱造影X线检查、CT、MRI、膀胱镜检查或术后病理等结果对照,基本符合膀胱癌,符合率达96.4%,比普通彩超诊断符合率89.3％高。 结论 在膀胱癌诊断中应用实时三维彩色超声成像技术,具有直观、立体感强的特点,可明显提高诊断准确率,发现普通彩超、膀胱造影X线检查、CT、MRI、膀胱镜检查过程中遗漏的极微小膀胱癌病灶,尤其是直径<0.5 cm的膀胱癌,对临床诊断、治疗,手术方式选择及术后复查具有重要意义。 |

| Objective To explore the real-time three-dimensional color ultrasound imaging technology in the bladder cancer diagnosis. Methods Application of Siemens real-time three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, and 28 cases of bladder cancer patients to inspect the use of real-time three-dimensional imaging technology for mapping and diagnosis, and with ordinary color, bladder contrast X-ray examination, CT, MRI, cystoscopy such as inspection or postoperative pathology results of comparative analysis. Results Twenty-eight cases of patients with preoperative diagnosis of common color, bladder contrast X-ray examination, CT, MRI, cystoscopy, or postoperative pathology results of the control, the basic line with bladder cancer, in line with the rate of 96.4 percent, consistent with the diagnosis than ordinary color high rate of 89.3 percent. Conclusion Bladder cancer at diagnosis in real-time three-dimensional color ultrasound imaging technology, with an intuitive, three-dimensional sense of strong characteristics, can significantly improve diagnostic accuracy and found that the general color, bladder contrast X-ray examination, CT, MRI, cystoscopy process an insignificant omission of bladder cancer lesions, especially in diameter <0.5 cm of bladder cancer, the clinical diagnosis, treatment, surgery and postoperative review selection of great significance. |
