| 目的 比较经直肠超声(TRUS)与直肠内线圈磁共振(enMRI)结合磁共振波谱(MRS)在前列腺癌诊断中的应用价值。 方法 21例前列腺癌、28例前列腺增生患者均行TRUS、enMRI检查,enMRI可疑结节加做MRS,以手术或穿刺活检病理组织学为标准,对检查结果进行回顾性统计分析。 结果 对前列腺癌的诊断以TRUS联合enMRI和MRS检查较为理想。其敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值和诊断符合率在本研究中达90.84%、92.86%、90.48%、92.86%、91.84%。 结论 对于可疑不典型前列腺癌患者,建议TRUS联合enMRI及MRS检查,有利于提高对本病的早期诊断。 |

| Objective To evaluate the significance of transrectal ultrasound (TRUS), endorectal magnetic resonance imaging (enMRI) combined with magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) in the diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods The data of above examination from 21 patients with prostate cancer and 28 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were anlysized. Results The highest rate of sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and the diagnostic accuracy were seen in the patients examined with TRUS and enMRI combined with MRS. They were 90.84%, 92.86％, 90.48%, 92.86% and 91.84%. Conclusion It is suggested that the patients with a suspicious diagnosis of prostate cancer should receive the TRUS and enMRI combined with MRS examination. |
